Delivery Delay

We extend our heartfelt thanks for choosing to explore our beloved small business - Scandiscents.

We have recently seen a huge demand for our Halo Home Diffuser - and we cannot thank you enough for this support. We are so proud of this growing community and always try our absolute best to meet the expectations of our customers. 

It is with genuine regret and sincere apologies that we must inform you of an unexpected delay in the delivery of our signature halo home diffusers. Originally set for arrival on November 10th, a significant portion of our stock was not sent by our manufacturer, a fact we only discovered today, November 13th.

The revised delivery date for this stock is now November 24th. Please know that all orders featuring a Halo Home Diffuser will be dispatched around that time, ensuring they reach you well in advance of Christmas.

As a small business, every order holds immense importance for us. If you're contemplating the purchase of one of these delightful diffusers for yourself or as a heartfelt gift, we sincerely ask for your understanding and patience, anticipating deliveries around November 25th - 27th.

We are sparing no effort to expedite the process and want to assure you that every single order will be fulfilled well before the holiday season envelops us.
