- Order Processing: Orders are processed at 2pm each business day, orders before this time will leave us the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information.

- Cost: For delivery to Northern Ireland we charge £2.99.
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping Service
- We ship with Royal Mail using their 24-28 hour service.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and external factors such as weather or carrier delays.
3. International Shipping
- Availability: We currently offer international shipping to Europe.
- Rates: For delivery to Europe we charge £25.00.
- Customs and Duties: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be included in the product price or shipping cost.
4. Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
- Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your order is delayed or lost, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@scandiscents.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
- Restricted Items: Certain items may be restricted for shipping to specific regions or countries due to local regulations or carrier policies.
6. Undeliverable Packages
- Invalid Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
- Refused Deliveries: If a package is refused by the recipient, a refund will be issued minus any return shipping fees and a restocking fee of £10, unless an alternative shipping address is provided.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Contact@scandiscents.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Missing Items: If any items are missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and correct the issue promptly.
8. Delivery Attempts
- Delivery Attempts: Our shipping partners will attempt delivery to the provided address. If they are unable to deliver the package, they may leave a delivery notification or attempt a redelivery based on their policies.
