What oils can be used?
Although we recommend using our Scaniscents Oils and Blends, the Halo Diffuser diffuser supports both pure essential oils and synthetic fragrance oils.
Where is Scandiscents based?
We are a UK company! Our stock is held in our Midland's based warehouse where orders are picked and packed. I (James) am from the North West and Max from the South Coast! We are currently living in Berkshire.
What are the advantages of waterless diffusers?
The main advantages to waterless diffusers are they can produce a much stronger scent due to no dilution and therefore have better coverage. Additionally, they are free from water building up and becoming stagnant in the machine.
How long does the oil last?
Our 10ml essential oil blends and fragrance oils will typically last up to 110hrs on the lowest setting. This equates to nearly 40 days per 10ml oil if used for 3 hours per day.
How loud is the Halo Diffuser?
Our Halo diffuser is considered relatively quiet with a rating of 30 decibels (db).
Can this diffuser fill a big room?
Absolutely. Our diffuser and essential oil blend combination has exceptional throw with up to 80m² coverage.
Is this the same machine as NEOM?
No. Our Halo Diffuser is more modern, has a better battery life, stronger coverage, and more control, and supports all oil-based fragrances.
What Size is the Halo Home Diffuser?
The Halo Home Diffuser is 11.9cm tall and 7cm wide - sleek, stylish and strong.
Are the oils safe for pets?
As we are not qualified vets, we make a point to be very cautious when providing advice on our oils with regard to use around animals. There are some oils that are generally safe around cats and dogs and some that are considered to be toxic, but even with safe oils there is no hard and fast rule - pets are like humans - they also have different levels of sensitivity!
We'd kindly recommend that you seek advice from your veterinary team for guidance before use.
